You will be part of our recruiting team which provides strategic HR support, identifies recruiting needs and builds relevant candidate pipelines in order to meet future demands and accelerate business.

- Advertising and sourcing potential candidates through different recruitment channels (company’s careers page, social media, job boards, internally);
- Conducting the recruitment process for the assigned positions: drafting and posting job ads, sourcing and screening applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, and maintaining professional contact with everyone involved in the recruitment process, namely hiring managers and candidates;
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline through various channels by using LinkedIn, specialized job boards, social networks, networking initiatives;
- Selecting the right candidates together with hiring managers;
- Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers;
- Administering pre-employment testing, if applicable;
- Maintaining the candidate database and delivering accurate data through regular reporting on the recruiting activities;
- Preparing different recruitment reports;
- Planning, organizing and participating in company events such as workshops and job fairs;
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- University graduate – Psychology;
- Minimum 3 years work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role;
- Strong knowledge in HR Recruitment tools: LinkedIn, social media;
- Organizational skills with strong attention to details;
- Native Romanian speaking, fluent in English, verbal and in writing;
- Positive attitude, energetic, enthusiastic, and able to manage own time;
