The Talent Hub Journey!

Our Talent Hub journey starts with you! So, let us know who you are, what your needs are, and how we can cater to your professional development.

Are you the driven candidate who has just taken the first steps into a bustling, unfamiliar, and challenging job market? Maybe the young professional who has honed his or her set of special skills and wants to match that extensive know-how with industry-leading companies?

Knowing how long and exhausting a job search can be, how many unknowns and surprises await you in the employment process, how difficult it is sometimes to approach a dream employer, we came up with the idea to create this online place that will prove to be the best solution for your career needs.

We will empower you, educate you, prepare you and open the door to new career opportunities.

We present, Talent Hub, your online resource – welcome!

Now... Let’s start your Talent Hub journey!

1.     Sign up for FREE

It's simple -- to get started, just click on the "Sign up" button in the upper right corner and register for free as a Job Seeker. Once you do that, your account will open and you will be able to create a CV, follow your job applications, and keep track of your saved job ads.

2.     Be creative with your CV

Before you start exploring Talent Hub’s amazing career opportunities, the next step is to Create your Resume -- this is your ‘’entrance ticket’’ to all our reputable employers! Each time you apply for a particular job, the employer will get "access" to your online resume. So, it is important not to skip this step in any way.  The Talent Hub will guide you through the steps and sections that you must fill out for your resume to be complete.

Upload any video CV’s, portfolios, diplomas, images that you would like to share with potential employer. We have great news -- you can be as creative as you want so start uploading.

Additionally, we must note that during the creation of the Resume, you will see a little box called "Let employers find my Resume". What does it mean? This means that if you check this box, your profile will become visible to all our registered employers and they will be able to contact you for potential employment. On the other hand, if you do not check this box, your profile will remain private, i.e., visible only to those employers when you apply for a particular job ad.

Once you created your Resume, you are good to go.

3.     Explore your Career Opportunities

On the Talent Hub landing page, you can explore our featured Employers and check out our spotlighted job ads. Keep in mind that on this landing page there are only featured employers and spotlight ads, while in the "Jobs" as well as "Employers" section you can meet other registered employers and research all active business job ads.

4.     Be on the lookout for the job you want

When you find an ad that brings a smile to your face and you are qualified for, you can apply directly by clicking the "Apply now" button. But, if you want to keep your options open, you can sign up to receive email notifications of similar job postings by ‘’Creating alert’’.

You can do the same thing if you like a specific company which currently does not have an active ad matching your profile. All you need to do is click on the company logo or the "Company Profile" button and "Create an alert" which is located on the right side of the screen.

5.     Talent Hub unique proposition
     The Career Passport

Another thing we thought about while shaping the Talent hub is your empowerment and strong entry as candidate on the job market. That is why we created this special section – ‘’Career passport’’.

Here, every week, our experienced HR team will share useful tips for the employment process, as well as for the development of your successful career path.  You will find out:

  • which questions you can expect at a job interview,
  • how to make a good first impression with a potential employer,
  • the importance of social networks in your career,
  • new trends on the job market in 2021 and in post covid world,
  • how to deal with the psychological consequences of remote working or rising uncertainty in the workplace
  • and much more.

We will also organize webinars, workshops, meetups with our team members where you will get first-hand answers to questions that interest you.

For the end, we hope that this text will be useful during your amazing journey on Talent Hub and that you will enjoy it.
